We understand that it is sometimes difficult to judge a work fully from an image in the screen a few inches high, so we are happy to make the following guarantee...

All works sold can be returned without question within 2 weeks of dispatch (for UK sales) or 3 weeks (for international sales). Please contact Harpley and Strauss directly should you wish to return an item at a date later than that.

Please note the following conditions for refunds:

All works must be returned in perfect condition, wrapped and shipped in the same way they were dispatched. Please note that only the cost of the artwork will be refunded. Postage and shipping charges will only be refunded where the artwork is being returned due to fault or damage.

Any refund will only be made once the artwork has been received by Harpley and Strauss - Artworks should be returned by registered post so as to give you a proof of postage and proof of receipt by Harpley and Strauss, as well as guaranteeing it against accidental damage in transit to us.
